Formed on April 9th, 2018 MIST released their first EP “Color of Infection.” MIST is a band shrouded in mystery, their mystique increased by the fact that they always wear masks in every public setting & promotion. Their trademark sound is aggressively metal with some modern touches fusing synth and electronic effects into their melodies. Their vocals walk the line bringing a duality at once melodious and the next moment harsh death voice, which their vocalist JUNK expertly trades off.
Originally slated for release on April 9th, 2021 for their third anniversary, MIST have now released their latest EP “Unveiling the Unknown” to various major digital distribution channels as of April 19th, 2021 (See link below). Keeping with their trademark sound, we’re treated to a brutal soundscape sure to get audiences pumped up with fantastic melodies sure to please fans of heavier music. Including lyrics, the theme of “Unveiling the Unknown” is saving the “LIVEFIELD” a message universal to all music fans through this past year.
